Amy Robertson - Agency Manager
Amy E. Robertson, M. Ed., earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from the University of Louisville after attending Christian colleges in West Virginia and Tennessee. She taught in an inner-city school in Jefferson County, Kentucky for eight years where she won the ExCel Award for exemplary teacher practice. Ms. Robertson completed her principal internship and served as middle and high school principal for three years.
She has taught at the University of Louisville and ITT for seven years. Ms. Robertson is a Behavior Specialist and has provided out-patient and in home therapy for many years. She has developed innovative Therapeutic Foster Care Programs in Pennsylvania and Kentucky, serving thousands of children. She is an expert in clinical practice and has provided training throughout the country to practitioners and families.
Ms. Robertson brings her vast experience to Premier Caring Hands, where she developed a model of “Service Over Self-Interest” and an expectation of “Exceeding Expectations”. Her hands-on approach is what separates Premier Caring Hands from other providers of in-home care.
Ms. Robertson has six adult children, nine grandchildren and is married to John G. Parks, Jr.
Roxanna McCoy - Office Manager

Roxanna McCoy joined Premier Caring Hands in October 2009. With more than 4 years of office administration experience, Roxanna provides support to the Premier Caring Hands team. She is often the friendly voice that answers the phones and the first welcoming smile seen when you visit our office.
Roxanna manages all aspects of office organization. Some of her responsibilities include: Implementation of required employee background checks, direct deposit set up, oversight of employee payroll, client invoicing, accurate record keeping, and managing the daily operations of the office. She also handles daily client and staff inquiries as well as all administrative and secretarial responsibilities.
Outside of her career, Roxanna enjoys playful afternoons with her children, spending time with her loving husband, and having a great dinner with close friends.
Phylicia Clemons - Care Manager

Phylicia is a recent graduate of the University of Louisville where she studied Health and Human Performance. Phylicia is also the newest addition to the Premier Caring Hands Staff after interning in the office for four months; she gladly accepted the Care Manager position.
Phylicia’s duties include new client assessments; client/caregiver matching and staffing. Phylicia is excited to work alongside office staff and caregivers to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
Phylicia enjoys spending weekends in Lexington where her mother, siblings, nieces and nephews live.
