Employment Requirements

Our requirements for employment include:

  • Criminal history and sexual abuse registry checks for all employees
  • Copies of any credentials, licenses, or certifications on file
  • At least two professional references
  • State elder/child abuse registry checks
  • Drug screening
  • Annual TB skin testing/assessment
  • OSHA training on:
    • Universal precautions
    • Hepatitis B
    • HIV
    • Transmission based precautions
    • Exposure to bloodborne disease
    • Fire safety
  • Clinical skills inventory and personal care assessment
  • Code of Ethics
    • Client confidentiality
    • Client rights
    • Accident prevention
