Step One is scheduling our free, in-home assessment. We'll take a thorough look at the living situation; the physical and emotional health of your loved one; the daily routines of the place of residence; any nutritional, home cleaning or transportation requirements; and an appropriate emergency response.
Using this assessment, we'll formulate a clear solution to your caregiving issues. It also allows us to specifically match the right caregiver to your needs. Though they are all trained professionally with extensive background checks and clean drug reports, each caregiver's personality is different, and we want the one that works best with your loved one.
Step Two is signing a service agreement. This details the costs, services, rights, and emergency contact information for your loved one and makes sure your and our expectations for the services requested match perfectly. It's not a contract but rather an agreement that we'll provide the services you ask for and request.
After that, the service begins. We'll dispatch a caregiver to your house, who will perform the services requested in a manner that exceeds expectations, and we'll be sure to carefully document any services administered during a shift. We'll create summaries on a monthly basis, which may prove useful as a tool to show to our primary care physician.
